Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations and Channel Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives that enhance our Commercial sub-segments goals focusing on our small and mid-size business portfolios across legal tax and risk. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills strategic thinking and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments to drive sales growth and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills strategic thinking and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments to drive sales growth and operational efficiency.

About the Role:

In the role of Operations and Channel Analyst Commercial Sales you will:

  • Assist in the development and execution of business strategies and plans that align with the companys goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with supporting partners to compile comprehensive research data and trend analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Support the implementation of strategic initiatives and projects that drive business growth and competitive advantage.
  • Analyze sales data performance metrics and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Identify inefficiencies in current sales processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with departments such as marketing finance and product development to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Track and evaluate the performance of sales initiatives to ensure they meet strategic goals and objectives.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate strategy plans and performance to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Communicate insights and strategic plans to key stakeholders including senior management and sales teams.
  • Identify potential risks to the sales strategy and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.


About You

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Finance or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (2 years) in execution of sales strategy operations or a similar role within a corporate environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Problem-solving abilities and Strategic Mindset
  • A growth mindset with demonstrated experience working in a flexible and agile environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and manage cross-functional projects.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to present complex information clearly to various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software such as Excel CRM systems and business intelligence platforms.
  • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations. For any eligible US locations unless otherwise noted the base compensation range for this role is $72100 - $133900. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individuals knowledge skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
