Job Summary

Overview

Our practice has three locations in Colorado Springs. The treatment coordinator will be in charge of follow up with patients who have complex treatment plans helping assist them with financial planning and scheduling. Will also be involved in coordinating treatment from referring offices. Will be responsible for building relationships and communication between offices to offer care for patients in the best way possible.

Responsibilities

Here are the key activities and responsibilities of the Colorado Springs Oral Surgery treatment coordinator:

o Develop and maintain positive effective relationships with patients dental providers and staff with exceptional customer service and a daily positive attitude

o Coordinates care and monitors progress of complex / high value surgical cases

o Build meaningful lasting connections/relationships with dental offices in order to become their first phone call when seeking help for a patient

o Act as an enthusiastic advocate for the office and its values

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Minimum of 2 years of front office experience preferably in a dental setting and dental software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience working with various dental insurance plans couples with strong communication skills.
