English Homeroom Teacher (Primary)
Purpose of Role
The American School of Wrocław is seeking caring creative and qualified Homeroom Teachers to join our international team in the Primary School. We are looking for educators who are passionate about nurturing young learners through inquiry play and exploration within an English-speaking environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a warm supportive and stimulating classroom environment
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the AERO / American curriculum
  • Use formative and summative assessments to guide instruction and monitor progress
  • Foster students personal social and emotional growth
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and colleagues
  • Collaborate with the teaching team and participate in school events
  • Lead or support one after-school activity or club.
Skills Qualifications and Experience
  • Formal teaching qualifications (Bachelors degree or higher QTS or equivalent)
  • C2 level of English proficiency
  • Experience in Primary education (international or bilingual setting preferred)
  • Strong understanding of child development and modern teaching methodologies
  • Passion for early and primary education
  • Nurturing and patient personality
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Flexible collaborative and solution-oriented attitude
