Location: Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

The opportunity

The role is for a passionate Senior UX/UI Designer who can take up opportunities in UX/UI Design ideally with focus on web application design and Design System. You will work on projects and proposals for Innovation & Experience Design support the team in facilitating vision-stating workshops assess and build innovative products and services or create Visual Design for successful MVPs Prototypes Products & Interactions.

Your key responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery
Translate user insights business goals and technical constraints into clear effective design solutions
Create customer journeys wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs
Develop and maintain design systems
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
Collaborate closely with product managers developers and other stakeholders to define and implement solutions
Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders

Skills and attributes for success

Be proficient in user-centered design principles and UX research methods
Have an open mind be proactive deep dive into the challenges and be eager to constantly learn and self-develop
Have theability to employ agile methods and work with the team to create and deliver designs UI & UX offerings
Have a passion for design and eagerness to iterate on design solutions
Stay current with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in UX/UI design

To qualify for the role you must have

Proficiency in English (oral and written)
3 years of proven experience in designing UX/UI
Proficiency in using Figma
Experience in designing web applications
Experience in creating and governing Design Systems
A strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design work

Ideally youll also have

Proficiency in German or French
Knowledge of User Research Innovation Usability Tests Analytics & Metrics Heuristic Evaluations or Prototyping
Experience in working with Mural/Miro prototyping tools and graphical software e.g. Photoshop Illustrator
