Job Summary

Our client a prestigious property developer and construction company specializing in luxury residential developments is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to join their team in Cape Town. This opportunity is for a quality-focused professional with proven experience managing high-end residential estates or similar premium projects.

Requirements:

BTech / Diploma in Construction Management Civil Engineering or related qualification
Minimum 8-10 years of construction site management experience
Proven experience managing high-end residential estates (essential requirement)
OR similar premium projects: luxury homes boutique developments upmarket residential complexes
Comprehensive understanding of luxury residential construction standards
Knowledge of premium finishes materials and specifications
Valid drivers license
