Hiring Immediately Field Sales Executive for Mumbai & Pune Location For An Ed-tech Company (Remote Job) (Immediate Joining)
We are seeking for a Highly Motivated & passionate Field Sales Executive for a Startup Ed-tech Company to expand its business in Mumbai and Pune
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales
- Identify prospect and engage with educational institutions (schools K-12).
- Pitch EdTech solutions (AI programs certifications labs digital platforms CoEs etc.) to academic leadership (Directors Deans HODs Management).
- Prepare customized proposals pricing models and MoUs for institutional clients.
- Drive the complete sales cycle: lead generation product demo negotiation closure.
- Achieve monthly quarterly and annual revenue targets.
2. Relationship & Account Management
3. Market Intelligence & Strategy
4. Product Demonstration & Presentations
5. Documentation & Compliance
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of new institutional partnerships signed
- Revenue generated per quarter
- Conversion rate from leads to closures
- Renewal rate & satisfaction scores from partner institutions
- Execution success of programs (timeliness & quality
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required; MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred.
- 27 years of experience in B2B or Institutional Sales (EdTech or School Education preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large accounts.
