Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Operate CNC routers and 45 axis milling machines with precision and consistency.
Perform machine setup calibration and tooling adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
Interpret technical drawings blueprints and job specifications to guide machining processes.
Monitor machine operations in real time to maintain dimensional accuracy and quality.
Conduct measurements and quality inspections using calipers micrometers and other precision tools.
Comply with safety protocols quality control procedures and standard operating practices.
Carry out routine maintenance and preventive checks to ensure machine reliability.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in CNC routing or CNC milling operations.
Proven ability to set up and operate 45 axis CNC milling machines.
Strong understanding of technical drawings and machining specifications.
Proficiency in using precision measurement tools (e.g. calipers micrometers gauges).
German language proficiency at B1 level or higher.
Self-motivated detail-oriented and capable of working independently with high accountability.
