Job Summary

Summary:

We are looking for skilled and experienced CNC Grinders (Schleifer / Rüster) to join a renowned metal and bearing manufacturing company based in Hessen Germany. This role is critical to ensuring precision manufacturing through the operation and setup of CNC grinding machines in compliance with strict technical quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will play a key part in maintaining high production accuracy supporting continuous improvement and contributing to operational excellence within a dynamic shift-based environment. Responsibilities:

Set up load and operate CNC grinding machines with precision and consistency
Conduct self-inspections using micrometers calipers and other measuring instruments
Accurately record production data and monitor KPIs (IFS/FA/1h charts)
Prepare detailed inspection reports and proactively address any deviations
Perform routine machine maintenance and execute TPM cleaning procedures
Strictly adhere to safety quality and production protocols
Interpret and work from technical drawings and engineering specifications
Demonstrate independence accountability and a strong commitment to quality output
Operate effectively within a 3-shift system including weekends and rotating schedules

Requirements

35 years of hands-on experience in CNC grinding or precision machining
Vocational training in machining or metalworking (Anabin H or equivalent)
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on quality and precision
High level of reliability self-motivation and ability to work independently
Willingness and ability to work across all shifts including weekends

Language Requirements:

German: B1B2 level (mandatory)
