CNC Milling Technician (5-Axis) with CADCAM Skills

We are looking for a CNC Milling Technician (5-Axis) with CAD/CAM Skills (m/f/d) to join our team.

• Independent operation and programming of a multi-axis machining center

  • Setup loading/unloading and optimization of manufacturing processes
  • Ensuring smooth production flow

• CAD/CAM programming

  • Creating and adapting CNC programs based on 3D models and drawings
  • Optimizing machining strategies regarding quality time and tool wear

• Design and production planning

  • Ideally independent creation or adaptation of 3D models and drawings (CAD)
  • Planning the entire process chain from raw material to finished part
  • Selection of suitable clamping devices fixtures tools and machining parameters

• Tool and process responsibility

  • Selection measurement and management of tools
  • Quality assurance of manufactured components (dimensional and visual inspection documentation)

• Maintenance and care

  • Maintenance and care of the machines
  • Detecting and troubleshooting faults
  • Support for maintenance actions

• Completed apprenticeship as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d) CNC miller or comparable qualification with professional experience
• Solid experience in operating and programming multi-axis machining centers
• Very good knowledge of CAD/CAM systems (e.g. SolidWorks CAM)
• Ideally CAD skills to design components oneself or modify drawings (SolidWorks)
• Proficient with technical drawings tolerances and measurement tools
• Experience in machining aluminum (other materials a plus)
• Structured independent and quality-conscious work approach
