Job Summary
Summary
We are seeking experienced CNC Turners (Dreher) to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Hessen Germany operating in a fast-paced 3-shift environment. This role is critical to ensuring precision efficiency and consistency in high-volume production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and managing CNC lathes making program adjustments and maintaining strict quality and safety standards. With a strong foundation in machining processes and a commitment to excellence you will play a key role in delivering high-precision components across diverse industrial applications.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC lathes for daily production tasks
- Modify or develop CNC programs as needed to meet production requirements
- Conduct thorough inspections of finished components using precision measuring tools
- Accurately interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Utilize precision instruments including micrometers calipers and gauges.
- Adhere to safety protocols quality control standards and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) procedures
- Perform tasks independently with a strong focus on accuracy and detail
Requirements
- 35 years of hands-on experience in CNC turning or metal lathe operations
- Solid understanding of machining principles and processes
- Proven experience working in a multi-shift manufacturing environment
- Valid vocational training in:
- Machining
- Metalworking
- CNC Operation
- Alternatively equivalent technical qualification
- Machining
- German language proficiency at B1/B2 level (mandatory)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- High level of responsibility self-motivation and discipline
- Quality-driven mindset with consistent attention to detail
