Operator Downstream Processing (DSP)

Teil II Primäres Ziel der Stelle / Part II Primary Job Objective

1. Durchführung aller Produktionstätigkeiten in einer Anlage für Arzneimittelwirkstoffe. / Perform all production activities in a drug substance facility.
2. Unterstützung bei der Inbetriebnahme und Qualifizierung von Produktionsanlagen und der anschließenden Überführung in die kommerzielle Produktion. / Support in the commissioning and qualification of production facilities and the subsequent transfer to commercial production.
3. Bereitstellung von Hilfe und/oder Unterstützung für Instandhaltung Technik Qualität oder andere Kollegen nach Bedarf. / Provide assistance and/or support to maintenance engineering quality or other colleagues as needed.
4. Schulung und Betreuung von Kollegen in Bezug auf SOPs Prozessausführung und Gerätebedienung. / Training and mentoring colleagues on SOPs process execution and equipment operation.
5. Unterstützung bei der Förderung und Aufrechterhaltung einer sicherheitsorientierten Kultur und eines cGMP/GDP-konformen Arbeitsumfelds zu jeder Zeit. / Assist in promoting and maintaining a safety oriented culture and cGMP/GDP compliant work environment at all times.
6. Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit mit Einzelpersonen und mit einem Team / Ability to work with individuals and with a team.
7. Durchführung kontinuierlichen Verbesserung im Rahmen der täglichen Arbeit. / Implementation of continuous improvement in the context of daily work
8. Verfassen Überprüfen Überarbeiten und Genehmigen von SOPs Chargenprotokollen Logbüchern Schulungskompetenzen und Arbeitsanweisungen. / Writing reviewing revising and approving SOPs batch records logbooks training competencies and work instructions.

Teil IV Berufliche Verantwortung / Part IV Job Responsibilities

• Durchführung aller Aktivitäten in Übereinstimmung mit den Unternehmensrichtlinien und SOPs den Werten von WuXi und den globalen behördlichen Richtlinien (einschließlich cGMP/cGLP/cGCP) Umweltrichtlinien usw. / Perform all activities in accordance with company policies and SOPs WuXi values and global regulatory guidelines (including cGMP/cGLP/cGCP) environmental guidelines etc.
• Bereitstellung aktueller Informationen zum Fertigungsstatus bei der Schichtübergabe. / Provision of current information on the production status at the shift handover.
• Bereitstellung und Weiterleitung aktueller Produktionsrelevanter Informationen an Schichtführung. / Provision and forwarding of current production-relevant information to shift management.
• Eigenverantwortliche zeitgerechte Abarbeitung der zugewiesenen Schulungsinhalte. / Independently completes assigned training content in a timely manner.
• Verantwortlich für die Durchführung von Herstellungsaufgaben gemäß den SOPs und Chargenprotokollen. / Responsible to perform manufacturing tasks according to SOPs and batch records.
• Durchführung einer ersten Fehlersuche bei Problemen die während der Routinearbeiten festgestellt werden. / Perform initial troubleshooting of problems identified during routine operations.
• Sollte Bedarf bestehen oder es zu Störfällen kommen sind abteilungsübergreifende Tätigkeiten zu leisten. / If there is a need or if incidents occur cross-departmental activities must be carried out.
• Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtbetrieb sowie an Wochenenden und Feiertagen; zusätzlich Flexibilität zur Übernahme von Rufbereitschaften bei betrieblichem Bedarf. / Shift work weekend and puplic holiday availability and on-call duty may be required.

Teil III Mindestanforderungen an die Stelle / Part III Minimum Requirements

Bildungshintergrund und Erfahrung / Education Background and Experience

Qualifications:

• Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemikant/Pharmakant oder CTA/BTA bzw. ein Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Biochemie oder Biotechnologie oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation. Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (vorzugsweise mindestens 3 Jahre) in der Biotech- oder BiopharmaIndustrie ist von Vorteil. / An apprenticeship as a Chemikant/Pharmakant or CTA/BTA or a BSc/MSc degree in Biochemistry or Biotechnology or an equivalent qualification. Several years of professional experience (preferably at least 3 years) in the biotech or biopharma industry are advantageous.

Knowledge/Experience:

• Eine qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Kenntnisse und Verständnis von cGMP-Qualitätssystemen und deren Anwendung in Produktionsprozessen ist von Vorteil. / A quality-orientated way of working as well as knowledge and understanding of cGMP quality systems and their application in production processes is an advantage.
