Job Summary

This role is responsible for enhancing the brand presence and reputation through various marketing initiatives. This role entails the following key responsibilities:

Position Responsibilities:

Campaign Branding

  • Oversee the development and execution of branding campaigns that align with organizational goals and enhance brand recognition.

External Awards

  • Coordinate efforts to identify and apply for relevant industry awards ensuring the companys achievements are recognized externally.

Content and Production

  • Manage the creation and distribution of content across various platforms ensuring consistency and alignment with brand messaging.

Career Page Management

  • Oversee the design and content of the companys career page to attract potential candidates and reflect the company culture.

Campaign Branding Oversight

  • Responsible for overseeing the development and execution of branding campaigns. This includes ensuring that all campaigns are in line with organizational goals and contribute to enhancing brand recognition and reputation.

External Awards Coordination

  • Accountable for coordinating efforts to identify and apply for relevant industry awards. This involves ensuring that the companys achievements are effectively communicated and recognized in external arenas.

Content and Production Management

  • Responsible for managing the creation and distribution of content across various platforms. This includes ensuring that all content maintains consistency and alignment with the companys brand messaging.

Career Page Management

  • Accountable for overseeing the design and content of the companys career page. This involves ensuring that it effectively attracts potential candidates and accurately reflects the company culture.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 8 years in a similar role preferably within the same industry.
  • Proven experience in managing engagement design and communication.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and assessment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement alignment-focused communication strategies.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining effective relationships.
  • Aptitude for identifying issues and crafting effective solutions.
