Job Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members
- Monitor and evaluate performance to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate efforts and achieve objectives
- Maintain a positive work environment and foster teamwork among employees
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations and policies

Job Requirements:

- Proven experience in a leadership or management role
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make sound decisions and exercise good judgment

Salary range for this position is $38k - $48 plus a new company truck gas card and smart phone!
