Are you an experienced Conveyancer seeking a fresh challenge with a forward-thinking practice

Our client a highly regarded law firm in Tonbridge offers the opportunity to work on a quality residential conveyancing caseload with genuine progression prospects and a supportive collaborative environment.

The Opportunity

Location: Tonbridge Kent (office-based with flexible working options)

Salary: per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am5:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion

• Liaise with clients agents lenders and other solicitors

• Draft and review contracts transfer deeds and associated documents

• Conduct title checks searches and due diligence

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm standards

What Were Looking For

• 36 years experience in residential conveyancing (PQE or equivalent)

• Proven background in UK private practice

• Strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

• Confident communicator with a client-focused approach

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Relevant legal qualification (Solicitor Legal Executive Licensed Conveyancer or equivalent)
