Job Summary

Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded law firm in Winchester for a
Property Solicitor or Conveyancer. This is a full-time office-based role for a qualified
professional with strong residential property experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing your own caseload of residential property transactions including salespurchases re-mortgages new builds and transfers of equity
Handling cases from instruction through to completion
Liaising with clients estate agents mortgage lenders and other solicitors
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory legal and internal firm procedures

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive
Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in residential conveyancing
Ability to manage caseloads independently
Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing processes
Excellent communication and organisational skills
