Are you an experienced conveyancing professional ready for a senior role Our client a highly regarded law firm in Maidstone seeks a Senior Conveyancer to lead on high-value complex matters and mentor junior colleagues within a dynamic team.

The Opportunity

Location: Maidstone Kent (office-based with flexible/hybrid working considered)

Salary: DOE

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am5:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of complex and high-value residential conveyancing matters

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

• Liaise with clients agents lenders and other solicitors

• Draft review and negotiate contracts transfer deeds and associated documentation

• Conduct detailed title checks searches and due diligence

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and firm standards

What Were Looking For

• 6 years experience in residential conveyancing (PQE or equivalent)

• Extensive UK private practice experience

• Expert technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures

• Proven ability to manage complex and high-value transactions

• Strong leadership communication and organisational skills

• Track record of client care and business development

• Relevant legal qualification (Solicitor Legal Executive Licensed Conveyancer or equivalent)
