Senior Conveyancer
Location: Tonbridge

Are you an accomplished conveyancing professional looking to step up into a senior position
Our client a respected law firm in Tonbridge is seeking a Senior Conveyancer to take on a pivotal role within their established team. Youll enjoy a high-quality residential caseload leadership opportunities and a clear route towards further progression.
The Opportunity
Location: Tonbridge Kent (office-based with flexible/hybrid working considered)
Salary: per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am5:30pm
This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a supportive and forward-thinking environment. Youll handle complex transactions mentor junior colleagues and play a key part in the firms continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a diverse caseload of high-value and complex residential conveyancing matters
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Liaise with clients agents lenders and other solicitors
Draft review and negotiate contracts transfer deeds and associated documentation
Conduct detailed title checks searches and due diligence
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and firm standards
What Were Looking For
6 years experience in residential conveyancing (PQE or equivalent)
Extensive UK private practice background
Expert technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
Proven ability to manage complex and high-value transactions
Strong leadership communication and organisational skills
Track record of client care and business development
Relevant legal qualification (Solicitor Legal Executive Licensed Conveyancer or equivalent)
