Are you an accomplished conveyancing professional looking to step up into a senior position

Our client a respected law firm in Tonbridge is seeking a Senior Conveyancer to take on a pivotal role within their established team. Youll enjoy a high-quality residential caseload leadership opportunities and a clear route towards further progression.

The Opportunity

Location: Tonbridge Kent (office-based with flexible/hybrid working considered)

Salary: per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am5:30pm

This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a supportive and forward-thinking environment. Youll handle complex transactions mentor junior colleagues and play a key part in the firms continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of high-value and complex residential conveyancing matters

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

• Liaise with clients agents lenders and other solicitors

• Draft review and negotiate contracts transfer deeds and associated documentation

• Conduct detailed title checks searches and due diligence

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and firm standards

What Were Looking For

• 6 years experience in residential conveyancing (PQE or equivalent)

• Extensive UK private practice background

• Expert technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures

• Proven ability to manage complex and high-value transactions

• Strong leadership communication and organisational skills

• Track record of client care and business development

• Relevant legal qualification (Solicitor Legal Executive Licensed Conveyancer or equivalent)
