Woodward has the exciting opportunity for two internships in support of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system transformation. This significant initiative will extend across our global organization aiming to modernize and enhance both business processes and our software system. Interns will gain valuable experience by contributing to a critical project and learning about the execution of large-scale organizational initiatives.
The Organizational Change Management Intern will collaborate with the Organizational Change Manager playing an essential role in the success of the business transformation by focusing on the people aspect of change. Responsibilities will include planning assessing and executing communications evaluating change impacts supporting sponsorship activities and facilitating training programs.
The IT Program Management Intern will work alongside the Program Manager and the IT technical team to ensure the program remains aligned with established schedules budgets and scope requirements. This role is vital to ensuring the readiness and effective deployment of the software system across the enterprise.
The purpose of an internship at Woodward is to provide students with the opportunity to gain exposure and real life business acumen within the Aerospace and Energy internships also provide students with the opportunity to learn and gain practical experience and to work in areas related to their academic and/or career hands-on experience while working on challenging projects network with professionals and learn from some of the brightest minds in business.
