Youll drive new business growth while nurturing existing relationships to achieve strong profitable results.

• Deliver quarterly and annual sales targets within your region
• Identify and develop local and national strategic accounts
• Convert new business opportunities through proactive field sales and relationship building
• Represent Dawsongroup Bus and Coach as the go-to expert in your area
• Ensure exceptional service standards and compliance across all business activity

About You

Youre a motivated and customer-focused salesperson who thrives on building relationships and seeing tangible results. Youll bring credibility ambition and a collaborative spirit to every conversation.

• Proven field sales experience ideally within B2B or automotive sectors
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a solutions-driven mindset
• Confident managing your own territory and pipeline effectively
• Full UK driving licence required
• Positive approachable and able to lead by example with integrity
