Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with extensive land development experience for our Ontario location. We need candidates with experience with Residential/Single family and Multi Family K-12 and Higher Education as well as Commercial and Retail projects.
As a Senior Project Manager you
- Possess a PE license
- Will manage up to two Project Managers and directly supervise up to four non-supervisory employees.
- Have at least 10-15 years of experience
- Represent firm in client meetings determine Scope of Work prepare fees conduct site investigations establish schedule prepare and finalize proposals
- Achieve success of profit center through management of and participation in team design production quality training and employee performance
- Contribute to region and company decision making and growth planning via regular meetings.
Other responsibilities include:
- Assist in business development for prospective clients
- Supervise plan preparation technical reports cost estimates and other client deliverables
- Track project budgets provide billing instructions and change order requests prepare invoices and negotiate and finalize back charges
