Responsibilities - Service Advisor:
Schedule appointments with customers
Greet customers and make them feel welcome!
Work with customer and technician to identify required services using vehicles service history
Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and costs; advise of any current special promotions available
Compute cost of replacement parts and labor
Address customers questions and needs promptly and professionally
Ensure comprehensive re-delivery check of customer vehicle ensuring cleanliness and that all items identified for service/repair have been completed as scheduled
Review results of customer satisfaction surveys with service manager
Meet the dealerships standards for repair order production
Requirements - Service Advisor:
Automotive Service Advisor and/or dealership experience preferred. But if youve got the drive we will support you and train!!
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Valid in-state drivers license
Professional personal appearance
A People Person with excellent communication skills

Draw (monthly): 1000
Pay Range From: 60000 Pay Range To: 120000

Qualifications :

High school diploma or the equivalent.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Two years of experience in a dealership position.
General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.
ASE certification preferred.
Sales experience preferred.
Professional personal appearance.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner
All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks MVR drug test credit report and valid driver license
