Job Summary
THE ROLE:
Were looking for a Senior Manager Customer CRM to play a critical role in customer marketing by leading HCP email strategy and development. This role sits at the intersection of brand marketing data and customer experience and will be responsible for shaping lifecycle marketing programs that drive meaningful engagement and business impact.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in email marketing strategy a strong analytical mindset and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders. This individual will act as the email channel authority guiding brand teams and ensuring best-in-class execution across campaigns.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Own the email channel strategy for HCP leading the development and execution of data-driven lifecycle marketing programs aligned to brand and business objectives.
- Manage a team of marketers and creative agency for asset development and execution
- Serve as a strategic partner to brand marketing teams translating business goals into integrated email strategies and customer journey plans.
- Leverage analytics and performance insights to shape content strategy optimize engagement and drive continuous improvement across the HCP lifecycle.
- Define audience strategy and segmentation approaches ensuring precise targeting and alignment with broader omnichannel initiatives.
- Establish and champion email marketing best practices including segmentation personalization testing frameworks deliverability and channel optimization.
Qualifications :
YOU BRING:
- 7 years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on email or CRM marketing.
- Experience within the pharmaceutical healthcare or other highly regulated industry preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data for decision-making
- Experience managing others and/or an advertising agency
- Excellent communication project management and organizational skills.
- SalesForce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) experience a plus
- Bachelors degree required

This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
