Are you ready to elevate your sales career and make a real impact in healthcare Were looking for a Territory Manager to join our Sage Division specialising in Infection Prevention and Pressure Injury Prevention. Youll champion cutting-edge solutions that reduce healthcare-associated infections and improve patient outcomesempowering providers to deliver the highest standard of care. This is a Sydney-based role covering hospitals and healthcare facilities across the metropolitan region and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to exceed targets
- Build strong relationships with Nurse Unit Managers infection preventionists nurses and healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
- Deliver product demonstrations educational sessions and training programs
- Provide exceptional customer service and post-sale clinical support
Who You Are
Minimum Requirements
- Proven success in sales with a track record of exceeding targets (3 years)
- Strong communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences
- Strategic mindset with business acumen and market analysis skills
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within Sydney and surrounding regions
Preferred Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Health Business Nursing or related field
- Knowledge of hospitals and selling in the healthcare setting
