What Youll Do:
Build meaningful long-lasting relationships with customers
Use consultative selling to guide shoppers in selecting the perfect Kia vehicle
Become a true product expert mastering features packages & the latest Kia technology
Deliver high-quality vehicle demonstrations
Follow up with buyers to foster repeat and referral business
Learn to confidently overcome objections in the sales process
Work closely with the Sales Manager to meet goals and track progress
Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic every day
What Were Looking For:
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
A self-starter with drive ambition and a desire to grow
Quick learners ready to master Kia products inside and out
Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates
Professional appearance and demeanor
A clean driving record and valid drivers license
