ABOUT THE POSITION
The Director of eCommerce is a strategic leader responsible for delivering a best-in-class digital shopping experience that drives growth customer acquisition and loyalty. This role oversees site operations content strategy digital merchandising personalization and promotional execution while leading the expansion of shopping experiences across emerging channels. The Director combines consumer obsession with data-driven decision-making to optimize performance and stay ahead of evolving digital trends.

Expertise in site operations content management digital merchandising personalization and promotional planning.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in eCommerce KPIs conversion optimization and A/B testing.
Demonstrated success in expanding digital channels and launching new shopping experiences.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
Deep understanding of digital marketing UX principles and emerging commerce trends.
May travel on occasion.
