Pay: $24.50 $32.00 per hour depending on qualifications and assignment
About the Opportunity
Pac-Tac Protective Solutions is seeking highly qualified Armed Protection Officers to join our rapidly growing team. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of verifiable Law Enforcement experience. We are looking for dependable ethical professionals who demonstrate strong communication sound judgment and a commitment to safety and service.

Minimum Requirements
3 years of verifiable Law Enforcement Experience (Required)
Accepted experience includes:Sworn Police Officer
Reserve Police Officer
Military Police
Corrections Officer
Parole & Probation Officer
Military MOS/Training equivalent to a 3-year police officer
10 years preferred with HR218/LEOSA qualification (Preferred)
Washington State Armed Security License
Preferred if already obtained
Must be able to obtain as a condition of employment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated de-escalation abilities especially in sensitive environments
Experience working in or around healthcare environments (Preferred)
Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Pay & Schedule
Compensation: $24.50$32.00/hr (DOE and assignment)
Schedules Available:
8-hour 10-hour or 12-hour shifts
Day shift
Night shift
Overnight shift
Weekends and holidays as needed
Overtime opportunities
