Job Type: Part-Time (31 hours per week)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Incentives: $10000 bonus
Pay: $47.00 - $50.00 per hour
Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) with extensive experience may earn up to $52.00 per hour.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapist Hand Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic clinic in St. Cloud FL. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with experienced hand surgeons and contribute to a growing national Hand Therapy program.
Minimum Requirement: At least 1 year of recent hand therapy experience.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with upper extremity conditions including post-operative fractures tendon injuries sprains and strains
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
- Provide splinting as needed
- Collaborate with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the evaluation plan of care treatment re-evaluation discharge and appropriate communications of high quality hand therapy services to patients and customers.
- Develop treatment plans supervise assistants and aides contribute to case management and provide quality patient care.
- Maintain positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
- Stay current and up to date with Occupational Therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB clinician expertise patient perception).
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy.
- National registration and state licensure or registration REQUIRED to start.
- Occupational Therapists with a minimum of 1 yr current hand therapy experience
- Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
- Valid state drivers license
