Job Description
- Manage extensive travel arrangements for the President (covering South Asia & Pacific and Korea markets) and other travellers (including department managers and ad hoc travel staff)
- Coordinate meetings and prepare presentation slides and reports
- Compile sales reports travel related expenses claims and invoices
- In-charge of stationery and pantry requisition
- Follow up with contractors vendors and building management on office and boutique renovation leases etc
- Support organization of company events such as Family Day and Dinner & Dance
- Supervise Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant
- Ad-hoc administrative support and office management duties
- Diploma/Degree holders in any discipline
- Min. 4 years of relevant experience preferably in the retail industry
- Fluent in both English and Korean
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word Excel and PowerPoint)
- Able to perform in a fast-paced environment multi-task and manage deadlines
- Pleasant personality well-groomed possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous independent highly organized resourceful and values teamwork
