Job Summary
What success looks like in this role:
Provides control and compliance advice and assistance across the organization.
Works closely with business leaders and financial systems owners to understand and document key financial controls in accordance with SOX US GAAP ISFR other standards and company policies.
Evaluates the effectiveness of various controls identifying weaknesses and recommending solutions.
Evaluates transactional records to ensure they have been processed and recorded in accordance with accepted standards and policies.
Ensures processes are in place to govern financial statement preparation and eliminate chance of material error.
Assists in coordinating quarterly reviews and annual audits helping establish timelines and ensuring auditors receive all required information.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 8 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Masters degree preferred
