Job Summary

Job description

  1. Complaint Management
    1. Responsible for end-to-end customer complaints management.
    2. Complaint details investigation Root cause analysis validation to implementation and closure of the corrective actions for effective closure.
    3. Aligning with the different stakeholders and achieve TAT for complaint closures.
    4. Collaborating with various stakeholders for the investigations from R&D Operations Packaging Development and Technical Service.
  2. Complaint MIS
    1. Responsible for the complaint MIS and timely submission for the Management review.
    2. Set up the review meetings and ensure that complaints are closed to the satisfaction.
    3. Report preparation for the Functional Review meeting Internal Review Meeting DRM and DLMs.
  3. Product Complaint Management System
    1. Responsible for the Product Complaint Management System with full ownership.
    2. This starts from resolution of the issues reported by various stakeholders to ensure timely completion of the stakeholders actions in the system.
    3. The turnaround time clearly reflects on the Dashboard of the system.
  4. Specifications
    1. Responsible for the Specifications of the Finished Products through FPS system.
    2. Review of the specifications for the new product and existing one through four eye principle and ensure timely update in the SAP system.
  5. Non-conformance
    1. Responsible for Internal Deviations and Rejections of the Finished Product.
    2. Investigation and arriving on the root cause. Implementation of the actions to eliminate the root cause.
    3. Ensure timely closure of the actions not to repeat the NCs in the system again.
