We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills a positive attitude and a willingness to learn various HR functions including recruitment onboarding employee engagement and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Induction
Support new employee onboarding and documentation
Prepare induction materials and assist in orientation sessions
Maintain employee records and ensure HR files are updated
HR Operations
Maintain attendance leave records and employee databases
Support payroll preparation by providing required HR inputs
Help in drafting HR letters (offer appointment confirmation etc.)
Employee Engagement
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities
Support internal communication and employee feedback processes
Help organize training and development programs
Compliance & Policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree or MBA in HR Business Administration or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good interpersonal and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
