Job Summary

Red Ember Recruitment is seeking to hire a Regional Manager on behalf of our client based in Boksburg.

Business Development & Client Management
  • Increase clients associates headcount and permanent placements.
  • Build maintain and grow client relationships and contracts.
  • Identify expansion opportunities negotiate rate increases and manage financially viable SLAs.
  • Monitor profitability and manage cost to serve.

Operations & Compliance
  • Ensure clients are serviced according to SLAs.
  • Manage daily branch operations and team performance.
  • Maintain BCEA WCA/IOD Health & Safety Benefits and Bargaining Council compliance.
  • Conduct branch audits to ensure policy and procedural adherence.
  • Identify and mitigate operational legal and financial risks.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support governance needs.

Team Leadership
  • Lead motivate and guide branch teams.
  • Oversee performance deadlines and service delivery quality.
  • Support and coach staff on recruitment admin and compliance.
  • Manage attendance leave and workforce planning.

Reporting & Strategy
  • Track and report on trends forecasts profitability and client growth.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.
  • Recommend strategic improvements and process enhancements.

Client & Associate Service
  • Ensure accurate recruitment and placement aligned with client needs.
  • Resolve associate and client queries professionally.
  • Promote smooth inter-departmental workflow and quality service delivery.


Requirements

  • Grade 12.
  • Proven experience in operations recruitment or workforce management.
  • Strong knowledge of BCEA WCA/IOD Health & Safety Benefits and Bargaining Councils.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment and internal administrative processes.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • High attention to detail accuracy and professionalism.
  • Self-motivated energetic deadline-driven and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving governance and compliance awareness.
  • Ability to build strong client and associate relationships.
  • High integrity confidentiality and service focus.
