Job Summary
A leading hospitality group is seeking a Floor Manager to join a popular neighborhood venue. This role is for a specific establishment within the group known for high-quality service and vibrant dining environments.
Role Summary: The Floor Manager handles daily service on the floor supporting the wait staff and ensuring guests receive prompt service. This role acts as the vital link between the kitchen and the front of house.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant.
Strong knowledge of table service standards and etiquette.
Experience in handling customer complaints and resolving issues quickly.
Proficiency in using POS systems for order management and billing.
Ability to coordinate between the kitchen and floor staff during peak hours.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
