Our client a franchise dealership in the Durban area is seeking an experienced Service Manager / After-Sales Manager to lead and grow their service department.

Requirements:

5 years experience as a Service Manager or After-Sales Manager at a franchise dealership
Experience must be within the last 3 years
Strong experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing service team
Excellent customer relationship and communication skills
Talent retention and team-building expertise
Knowledge of factory standards audits and compliance
Business acumen in marketing accounting and profitability
Results-driven with focus on operational excellence
