About the Role

Our client is on the hunt for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join the team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in the electronic security industry who thrives on managing complex projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple electronic security projects simultaneously ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Develop detailed project plans including timelines resources budgets and risk strategies.
Work closely with clients to design tailored security solutions that meet their needs.
Oversee the installation and integration of CCTV access control alarms and integrated security systems.
Track and manage budgets reporting on progress and ensuring financial targets are met.
Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers technicians and subcontractors.
Conduct regular project reviews providing clear updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

About You

Current NSW Security Licence & Drivers Licence.
White Card (OH&S Induction).
Tertiary qualification or certification in Project Management Engineering or a related discipline (TAFE or equivalent preferred).
Minimum 5 years experience managing projects in the electronic security sector.
Strong technical knowledge of electronic security systems (CCTV access control alarms integrations).
Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel when required.
