Our client is a leading provider of advanced electronic security solutions across Australia. They specialise in designing installing and maintaining cutting-edge security systems for commercial industrial and government clients.

About the Role

Our client is on the hunt for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join the team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in the electronic security industry who thrives on managing complex projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple electronic security projects simultaneously ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Develop detailed project plans including timelines resources budgets and risk strategies.
  • Work closely with clients to design tailored security solutions that meet their needs.
  • Oversee the installation and integration of CCTV access control alarms and integrated security systems.
  • Track and manage budgets reporting on progress and ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers technicians and subcontractors.
  • Conduct regular project reviews providing clear updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

About You

  • Current NSW Security Licence & Drivers Licence.
  • White Card (OH&S Induction).
  • Tertiary qualification or certification in Project Management Engineering or a related discipline (TAFE or equivalent preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years experience managing projects in the electronic security sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electronic security systems (CCTV access control alarms integrations).
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
