About the role

Were searching for a Manager of Governance and Legal tojoin our team and strengthen Trust for Natures organisationalintegrity andgovernance.

In this role youll provide specialist support to strengthenTrustfor Natures governance risk management and compliancepracticeswhiledeliveringdiscretegeneralist legal advice andassisting with importantBoard and Committee will play a key role in supporting Trust for Natures core Covenant Assurance processes.

on offer

The role offers an annual base salary range of $111343- $123032 plus 12 % super. The salary offered will be aligned with the candidates level of experience.

This is full- time position based out of our Melbourne CBD office with work from home and flexible work arrangements available.

About you

• The successful candidate will come with;
• 5years experienceinan internalgovernancerole
• Has or is able to obtain aVictorian Legal Practising Certificate thatisnot subjecttosupervised practice requirements
• Strong knowledge ofVictorianpublic sectorgovernancerisk principlesandcharitygovernance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders and negotiate complex issues
• Knowledge and/or exposurein property lawand/orcontractlawis highly desirable
