Were looking for an Growth Account Executive who has a consistent track record of exceeding quota across EMEA via net new account acquisition plus account management experience with expansion and renewals. You should have experience with consultative sales processes selling SaaS (ideally productivity solutions) and working with small to large companies across a variety of industries.
You are a solution seller by nature training and experience who is genuinely curious and confident speaking with customers. Youre a persuasive self-starter a good listener while having a high degree of personal accountability in communicating cross-functionally and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. Since a majority of your time will be spent on emails calls and web conferences with customers we expect an infectiously positive attitude when prospecting presenting and closing!

The Role:
- Work all expansion and some new business leads for Growth accounts focused in the EMEA region.
- Achieve and consistently exceed pipeline and revenue targets by expanding ACV in your book of business through upsell cross-sell and multi-threading into new stakeholders and departments.
- Master ClickUps product and value proposition to confidently handle customer questions position new features and add-ons and align solutions to evolving customer workflows and growth.
- Perform customer presentations and demos via online web conferencing tools.
- Partner closely with Customer Success Marketing and Growth teams to build and execute expansion plays improve lead quality within existing accounts and accelerate deal cycles
- Identify and test new customer segments buying centers and use cases within your territory to improve the quality of the expansion pipeline and open net-new opportunities inside existing logos.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of relevant sales experience preferably in all sales cycles from converting net new prospects to growing and retaining existing customers at a growth level.
- 3 years of SaaS sales cycle experience.
- Excellent written verbal and presentation skills.
- Process-driven with diligent attention to detail.
- Experience with completing and leading Requests for Information or Requests for Quotes.

Desirable:
- Experience with project management software or other productivity tools.
- Experience with e-commerce signup flows and field sales.
- Experience with Slack Front Salesforce and Outreach.
