• Lead coach and inspire new team members delivering high quality training in partnership with the Training & Development Manager to ensure operational excellence.
• Conduct proactive site visits and perform welfare checks to maintain team well-being and engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the Area Operations Manager providing hands-on operational support and contributing to strategic decision-making when required.
• Drive compliance and quality by performing detailed audits and inspections of security services and personnel ensuring strict adherence to protocols and best practices.
• Produce accurate and timely management reports offering insights that support continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
• Champion Health & Safety standards embedding a culture of safety and compliance across all operations.
• Take ownership of additional responsibilities that contribute to the success of the project and the reputation of FRG.

• Valid SIA Licence
• Minimum 2 years security experience (preferred).
• Clean manual driving licence.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.
• Excellent observation and attention to detail.
• Integrity reliability and a commitment to exceptional service.
• Ability to provide a full 5-year work/education history.
