This role provides an exciting opportunity to handle a range of sophisticated litigation matters working on cutting-edge legal issues for interesting clients across multiple industries.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record
• Active Bar Admission in California
• 2 years of substantive experience in civil litigation in CA including discovery and motion practice
• Trial and trial preparation experience is ideal
• Excellent legal research writing and advocacy skills
• Desire to be part of a busy national practice demonstratinginitiativeand the ability to assume responsibility for matters while collaborating with a team
• Exposure to FEHA agency complaints wage & hour and related employment law matters is advantageous

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in a wide range of complex labor and employment matters
• Provide strategic counsel to clients on wage & hour class litigationandsingle plaintiff employment litigation
• Collaborate with a large team of experienced attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services
• Develop innovative legal solutions for clients and contribute to a rapidly-growing national practice

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary:$155000 $250000 as determined by experience and market factors
