This role provides an exciting opportunity to handle a range of sophisticated litigation matters working on cutting-edge legal issues for interesting clients across multiple industries.
Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record
- Active Bar Admission in California
- 2 years of substantive experience in civil litigation in CA including discovery and motion practice
- Trial and trial preparation experience is ideal
- Excellent legal research writing and advocacy skills
- Desire to be part of a busy national practice demonstratinginitiativeand the ability to assume responsibility for matters while collaborating with a team
- Exposure to FEHA agency complaints wage & hour and related employment law matters is advantageous
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in a wide range of complex labor and employment matters
- Provide strategic counsel to clients on wage & hour class litigationandsingle plaintiff employment litigation
- Collaborate with a large team of experienced attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services
- Develop innovative legal solutions for clients and contribute to a rapidly-growing national practice
