Role Overview
A nationally recognized law firm is seeking an experienced Traditional Labor Shareholder to strengthen and expand its Labor & Employment practice. This role is ideal for a senior labor attorney with deep expertise in traditional labor matters who is ready to lead grow business and advise employers across a broad range of industries and geographic markets.
Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic counsel to employers on all aspects of traditional labor law including union avoidance organizing campaigns collective bargaining grievance and interest arbitration and NLRB matters.

Represent management in proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board labor arbitrations and collective bargaining negotiations.

Maintain and expand a portable book of business while actively developing new client relationships.

Collaborate with attorneys across multiple offices and practice groups on complex labor and employment matters.

Lead mentor and support junior attorneys within the Labor & Employment practice.
Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience practicing traditional labor law with a focus on employer representation.

Active bar admission in the state where the attorney will be based.

Portable book of business required.

Demonstrated strength in labor strategy negotiations and collective bargaining.

Excellent communication skills with a strong client-service and relationship-building mindset.
