Key Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist / HR Operations / HR administration.
- Hands-on experience with employee onboarding/offboarding documentation and HR administration ideally across multiple jurisdictions (or experience working with vendors/outsourcing providers).
- Strong familiarity with HR analytics and automation technology.
- Experience with HRM/HRIS ATS Jira and/or other HR process automation tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- English B2 level.
Strong communication skills high level of ownership and attention to detail in documentation and data.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee documentation and HR administration (hire/changes/termination) across multiple jurisdictions; when needed coordinate with vendors and ensure accuracy and timelines.
- Maintain and improve core HR practices: onboarding retention training performance management & evaluation offboarding events.
- Participate in performance reviews and support individual development plans together with managers.
- Monitor engagement: run eNPS analyze results and drive initiatives to improve team climate.
- Support organizational change and rollout of new HR processes.
- Manage HR budgets and HR KPIs; contribute to designing and improving employee benefits.
- Implement automation tools using HRM ATS and Jira for effective workflow management.

- Ensure high-quality and timely employee documentation and HR administration across jurisdictions.
- Improve HR efficiency through standardization and automation.
- Increase engagement and team climate via regular measurement and initiatives.
- Support employee development through performance reviews and development planning.
- Strengthen HR service and practices that enable sustainable business growth.
