Job Summary

F&B Manager Luxury Hotel Kenya

Salary: USD 1500 Negotiable DOE

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and highly motivated F&B Manager for a prestigious luxury hotel based in Kenya. The successful candidate will oversee all food and beverage operations ensuring exceptional service standards strong financial performance and a seamless guest experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic hospitality professional who excels in leadership training and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets

Maintain exceptional guest service standards across all F&B departments

Lead train and develop the F&B team to ensure consistent performance

Manage stock control costings and supplier relationships

Ensure compliance with hygiene safety and operational procedures

Create and implement service strategies to enhance guest experience

Monitor financial performance and assist with budgeting and forecasting

Work closely with the Executive Chef and General Manager to align operational goals

Requirements:

Previous experience as an F&B Manager within a luxury hotel or similar environment

Strong leadership and team development skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Solid understanding of budgeting cost control and financial reporting

High level of organisation professionalism and attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure and maintain standards in a fast-paced environment

International hotel experience advantageous
