Role Overview:
The Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative operations of the organization. The role ensures smooth functioning of office facilities vendor coordination compliance with company policies and providing administrative support to employees and management.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee day-to-day office operations ensuring smooth functioning.

  • Manage office infrastructure housekeeping security pantry operations and maintenance.

  • Ensure proper upkeep of office facilities including workstation setup access control and office hygiene.

  • Manage inventory of office supplies stationery IT peripherals and track consumption.

  • Implement and improve administrative processes and SOPs

  • Manage vendor relationships (internet housekeeping security maintenance travel cafeteria etc.)

  • Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts and service agreements.

  • Ensure timely renewal of AMC contracts and vendor payments.

  • Ensure compliance with building management and external facilities teams

  • Oversee procurement of office equipment office supplies and infrastructure items.

  • Maintain asset inventory and ensure timely repairs and replacements.

  • Track allocation of laptops accessories and other assets to employees.

  • Qualifications
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field.
    • Freshers or 1 years of HR experience with relevant internships or coursework are welcome to apply.
    • Familiarity with HR operations documentation
    • Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.

  • Good knowledge of vendor management office utilities and facility operations.

  • Leadership qualities and ability to guide support staff (office boys housekeeping security etc.).
