Job summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented individual to join our team in Chennai. Our responsibilities will span the entire product operations spectrum including daily business activities (Daily BAUs) to ensure seamless execution designing and delivering exceptional client onboarding experiences that exceed expectations supporting operational audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and crafting insightful dashboards for key operational metrics to improve Operations efficiency.
Roles and responsibilities
Efficient Onboarding by conducting KYC Due diligence of the investor in our platform by giving a smooth journey as per regulatory guidelines.
Closely work with Clients to adhere to SLAs and SOPs to achieve organizational goals.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth execution & Settlement of Trades 3x faster in automated flow via API integrations to increase the Business Volume.
Support to prepare Operational Audit reports and maintain accurate and Upto date records for all the executed and settled trades .
Creating dashboard & Tracking operational metrics to improve the operations efficiency into 2x.
Be a single point of contact for all internal users of the Aspero Platform for products & operational related queries or clarifications if any.
Identify and address operational challenges process gaps and glitches in Daily BAUs. within the system to align with the organizations scale and scope.
Align with internal Operational compliance and risk & regulartory policies to achieve business process excellence for all operational tasks.
Education & Experience:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Commerce Management or related fields
2- 6 years of experience in capital markets Operations or Fintech product operations in a fast paced environment .
Proficient in Ms Office specifically in Macros SQL & Power BI / Tableau and other Automated technical tools.
Internship experience in AML screening client onboarding and regulatory certifications like NISM AML (added advantage).
