Job Summary

Pani Energy isseekinga driven and technically savvy Account Executive to lead the full sales cycle for our AI-powered SaaS platform used by industrial and municipal water treatment facilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending engineering insight with commercial execution while helping customers improve operational efficiency and environmental impact.

WHAT YOULL DO

Own the entire sales cyclefrom prospecting and outreach to demos proposals and closing.

Build andmaintaina strong sales pipeline through targeted outbound engagement.

Deliver compelling demos and proposals that clearly communicate technical and operational value.

Engage plant operators engineers executives and channel partners to drive adoption.

Collaborate closely with Marketing Customer Success Product and Operations teams.

Track activities KPIs and sales metrics using HubSpot andClickUp.

WHO YOU ARE

Hold a degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred).

Bring 5 years of B2B SaaS or technical solution-selling experience.

Communicate effectively with both technical and executive audiences.

Have a proventrack recordof building pipelines and closing deals.

Are proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and are highly organized and self-driven.

Experience working in a SaaS startup environment.

Exposure todifferent stagesof the customer journey.

Experience attending industry trade shows and events.
