Requirements

Overall

• Must be a US citizen
  
• Must be willing to locate to Oak Ridge TN if not local
  
• Clearance not required however must be willing to do a background check in accordance with RayTek policy to confirm you are a US citizen no criminal history a drug test etc
  
• Excellent communication documentation and technical collaboration skills
  
• Strong communication and interdisciplinary engineering coordination skills
  

Mechanical Engineer

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
  

• 10 years of experience in data center construction/renovation or other power- and cooling-intensive mechanical infrastructure.
  

• Hands-on experience with:
  

  • Process cooling design
    

  • Piping and HVAC systems
    

  • Water-cooled data center mechanics (chillers cooling towers pumps PCW systems)
    

• Strong background in energy efficiency engineering and mechanical optimization.
  

• Professional Engineer (PE) license
  

Electrical Engineer

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering
  

• 10 years of experience in data center construction/renovation or other critical electrical infrastructure projects.
  

• Preferred experience with:
  

  • Medium voltage distribution
    

  • Telecom/data fiber distribution
    

  • UPS and generator system design
    

• Strong understanding of electrical redundancy schemes (N N1 2N) load management and mission-critical power reliability
  

• Professional Engineer (PE) license
