Boeing Defense Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Integrated Program Scheduling Specialist (Level 4 or Level 5) to join the Precision Engagement Systems (PES) Program Scheduling team in Saint Charles MO!

Strong communication and organizational skills are critical to success in this position along with the ability to build strong relationships collaborate in a cross-functional environment and utilize problem-solving skills to proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Oversees develops coordinates integrates analyzes and maintains integrated plans and schedules for highly complex or difficult projects programs and change driven activities to execute in accordance with project management industry standards.
  • Directs and provides high level studies/analysis (trend variance impact) determines scope reports and oversight of planning requests.
  • Identifies risk and opportunity potential develops mitigation planning and refines the business case.
  • Develops and executes the process and strategy for the integration of plans and schedules.
  • Consults and recommends integrated planning scheduling change and baseline management processes techniques and tools to management considered to be best practices across the industry.
  • Recognized as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.
  • Authorizes commitment of resources by obtaining approvals from stakeholders.
  • Oversees deployment of approved recommendations at Division Business Unit and/or Enterprise levels.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors Degree or higher
  • 5 years experience utilizing scheduling systems and tools to create and maintain production schedules
  • 5 years experience in program planning project management integrated scheduling Industrial Engineering Business Operations and/or related disciplines
  • 5 years experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
  • 5 years experience in supply chain Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and manufacturing planning
  • 5 years experience working with Microsoft Office Applications

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance
  • 10 years experience utilizing scheduling systems and tools to create and maintain production schedules
  • 10 years experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
  • 10 years experience in supply chain Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and manufacturing planning
  • 10 years experience working with Microsoft Office Applications

Level 4 (Senior): $113050 - $152950

Level 5 (Subject Matter Expert): $141100 - $190900
