Pay Rate: $33$38 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dependable Senior Electrician to join our commercial operations team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can work independently lead projects on-site and ensure all electrical work is completed safely efficiently and in compliance with applicable codes and standards. The Senior Electrician will play a key role in installing maintaining troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems across commercial facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Install maintain and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings including lighting power distribution panels transformers and control systems
Interpret blueprints schematics and technical drawings to plan and execute electrical work
Lead and mentor junior electricians and apprentices on job sites
Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and implement effective solutions
Ensure all work complies with NEC local codes and company safety standards
Conduct inspections testing and preventative maintenance on electrical systems
Coordinate with project managers contractors and other trades to meet project timelines
Accurately document work performed materials used and service reports
Maintain tools equipment and a clean safe work environment
Qualifications & Experience
Journeyman or Master Electrician license (state-specific required)
7 years of commercial electrical experience preferred
Strong knowledge of NEC and commercial electrical systems
Proven ability to lead projects and work independently
Experience with conduit bending panel installations and commercial lighting systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass background check and drug screening (if applicable)
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working on ladders lifts and at heights
Ability to stand bend kneel and work in confined spaces for extended periods
