Graphic Communications Manager

The Graphic Communications Managersupports Fellos mission by shaping how people experience the brand through thoughtful accessible and compelling design. This role manages and produces two- and three-dimensional materials that bring Fellos work and values to life across print digital and campaign platforms. Working closely with teams across the organization the Graphic Communications Manager develops cohesive visual assets that celebrate inclusion choice and opportunity. Throughstrong designdirection and hands-on production this role ensures Fellos brand is expressed clearly consistently and creatively in everything we share.

The ideal candidate brings three years of experience in graphic design and creating visual content withproficiencyin creating layouts branding materials publications and marketing collateral. Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign Illustrator and Photoshop isrequired along with experience with print production processes and file preparation. Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices is essential. Theydemonstratethe ability to manage multiple creative projects work well under pressure and multi-task on concurrent projects with strong organizational skills. Excellent communication abilities to distill messages into believable actionable content along with strong teamwork and collaboration skills are critical for success in this role.

This position requires a high school diploma and three years of experience in graphic design and creating visual content. ABachelors degree in graphic design visual communications marketing or related field is preferred.
