With offices in Riga and Vilnius the team is rapidly growing and we are looking to expand the Business team by 4 new people!
We are in search of Sales and Relationship Managers to join our team in Riga. Working here you will be part of a dynamic mix of people with different backgrounds skills experiences and passionate minds.
Job requirements
As the Sales and Relationship Manager in this role you will:
Have daily direct communication with the clients (e-mails chats calls face to face meetings etc.)
Participate in sales campaigns and events
Recognize customer needs leverage unique selling points negotiate service terms and conditions
Advise our customers regarding products and services
Achieve the set sales targets
Maintain and update the client database
Act as a point of contact for the client and facilitate dialogue between them and the different departments in finance compliance operations marketing
Be responsible for welcoming customers clarifying customer needs assisting with onboarding and providing service according to Nexpay customer service standards and procedures
Anticipate client needs the challenges they face and work with the internal team to develop action plans for addressing issues and ideas that drive innovation and best practices.
What were looking for:
2 years of experience preferably within a regulated entity in a similar role in a banking payments sales
Higher education: Business management Economics or other related would be an advantage
Previous experience in practical sales and/or consulting in the B2B sector
Experience in the Banking / Fintech / Crypto / Gaming industry is considered as a big advantage
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills and ability to convey complex information in a clear understandable way
Ability to challenge established norms and proactively seek improvements and better solutions
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Fluent English language skills. Other languages are seen as an advantage
A customer-oriented attitude attention to detail organized approach and strong problem solving
Dedicated motivated and confident personality driven by personal achievements and accomplishments
Strategic and analytical thinking
Ability to prioritize own workload and work with minimum supervision
We Offer:
Gross salary starting from 2100 EUR per month based on qualification KPI bonus system
Private health insurance after the probation period

Training budget for up to 2000 Eur
